Study on optimization of pouring time for late poured band

چکیده
The setting of the late poured band is an effective measure to control differential settlement and stress concentration foundation. However, lag pouring time will also bring adverse effects construction process. Taking a large commercial complex as example, Midas GTS NX finite element software used for overall foundation modeling, collaborative calculation carried out by adjusting composite scheme. results conventional codes are compared analyzed, scheme verified optimized. Then, variation value on both sides with loading studied simulating graded each area in whole process construction. By comparing deformation that stiffness can resist limit codes, node advance be obtained, finally influence early calculated. show that: analysis generally smaller than standard calculation; at edge raft small, center places load large; Considering interaction subgrade under raft, this method verify optimize design save band. experience achievements so made reference similar projects.
